Quiet successes are still failures

Job dashboards love green. Application analytics for automation insights needs a second question: did the user-facing outcome actually land?

In recent reviews we ask teams to split “job completed” from “outcome confirmed.” The first event is useful for ops. The second is the one product should put in the weekly pack. Mixing them is how false confidence spreads.

If you only have time for one change this release, add an outcome confirmation signal on the automation lane that already drives revenue or retention. Leave decorative counters alone until that signal is trustworthy.
